A little bit of TLC can make a big difference!

A detached dwelling was in deperate need of some TLC! Wighton Architects undertook the full remodel, extension and refurbishment of the property creating a 5 bed dwelling with enclosed courtyard garden and double cart lodge to the rear. The proposals utilised the existing roof void by incorporating three pitched dormers and extended to the side creating a large kitchen / dining room which opens up to a secluded private garden. Externally the front porch was re-skinned in local handmade bricks with the poor quality render removed and replaced with new painted timber cladding. More images will be appearing on our website ( www.wightonarchitects.com ) so please follow us to keep up to date with this and many other projects.
