200% uplift in land value achieved!

Wighton Architects continue their success in achieving planning not only within the Green Belt but on severely compromised sites creating significant uplift in land values for clients.  We have recently gained planning approval for a new detached dwelling in Green Belt. Having been approached by a client with a site with a previous refusal for a dwelling Wighton Architects were able to develop a sympathetic scheme which addressed the many site constraints and achieve approval for a new detached dwelling. Through detailed negotiations and site appraisal we were able to prepare a robust argument resulting in a delegated approval. The design respects the many trees on site, all covered by a blanket TPO, and reflects the local vernacular creating a large contemporary family dwelling on a secluded plot.
